Membership is free for qualified operators and replaces a fragmented vendor search with trusted guidance, vetted solutions, preferred benefits, and project support. Approved brand partners support the network, so members join free.

Yes. Membership is free for qualified operators and includes curated updates, product and partner alerts, member education, showcase invitations, preferred partner offers, and a complimentary Discovery Call for qualified projects.
Yes — you may receive a curated shortlist matched to your needs, which may include competitors. That is the point: you can trust the shortlist because it is chosen on fit, quality, evidence, readiness, and your goals — not on what a brand pays.
No. We use your profile only to understand your project, support your goals, and respond. Any market reporting we produce is aggregated and anonymized and never identifies a member, project, or organization.
A Discovery Call is a complimentary working session where we discuss your goals, audience, timeline, budget, and project requirements — to identify relevant categories, opportunities, and next steps. It’s not a sales pitch.
No. Dragonfly Health PRO is not a manufacturer or distributor. We help members evaluate fit, connect with vetted partners, and coordinate procurement or implementation when needed. In some cases Dragonfly may receive a success fee, but recommendations are based on member fit — not payment.
Yes. For larger projects, our Concierge Procurement & Advisory provides hands-on support — solution mapping, partner coordination, procurement, training, and activation. Engagements are custom-scoped to your project.

No. Paying does not buy recommendations. Approval is earned and free — once a brand is vetted, it’s listed and eligible for recommendations at no cost. Brands can optionally upgrade to Featured for added visibility and marketing reach. What we recommend is based on project goals, project fit, evidence, operational realities, design intent, budget, and customer experience.
No. Recommendations are decided on merit. A stronger, more complete profile improves match accuracy — payment never does.
On fit and evidence — vertical, project type, budget, geography, wellness priorities, operational complexity, and customer experience — judged independently of tier or fee.
Your profile is how members find and evaluate you. Structured data — category, proof points, pricing, geography, incentives — is what lets us match you to the right buyers. Thin profiles simply surface less.

Approved is free and merit-based: listed in the curated library and eligible for recommendations. Featured adds visibility — enhanced profile, showcases, content, and newsletter features. Featured + Enablement adds training and adoption support that helps your solution land. Growth Partner adds priority visibility, co-marketing, and dedicated support. Tiers add visibility and support — never recommendations. Pricing and terms are shared once a brand is approved.
No. Dragonfly does not guarantee introductions, recommendations, or sales. We protect trust by recommending only what fits the buyer need.
Brands are evaluated based on quality, evidence, implementation readiness, customer experience, member relevance, and alignment with Dragonfly standards. We do not approve every applicant.
Our member network includes hotels, hospitality groups, hospitals and health systems, commercial and residential developers, recovery operators, fitness businesses, longevity centers, and other organizations creating wellness environments.
Because member trust is the foundation of the network. When a recommendation is earned rather than purchased, it carries more weight with buyers and creates more meaningful opportunities for Approved Brands.
Trust & standards
No. Dragonfly reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove partners based on quality, customer experience, business practices, evidence standards, and alignment with our values.
No. Dragonfly PRO provides educational, procurement, and advisory support for businesses and spaces. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations for individual patients.
Our model is designed to separate visibility from recommendations. Brands may purchase enhanced visibility through Featured participation, but recommendations are always based on buyer needs, project goals, evidence, and implementation fit.
Every approved brand is eligible for recommendation regardless of whether they purchase additional visibility. Payment never influences what Dragonfly recommends to a buyer.
The basics
A wellness space is any environment intentionally designed to support health, recovery, performance, longevity, or wellbeing. This can include boutique hotels, wellness clubs, recovery centers, healthcare clinics, workplaces, residential developments, and other wellness-focused destinations.
Operators can engage paid Concierge Procurement & Advisory for deeper buildouts, approved brands can choose a paid Featured visibility upgrade, and some procurement is supported on a success-fee basis. Recommendations are never paid placements.
A distributor sells products and a pay-to-play directory sells placement. Dragonfly PRO sells neither — we are an independent guide and trusted curation partner whose recommendations are earned, never bought.
